{2}{G}Legendary Creature — Human Advisor
You may look at the top card of your library any time. Whenever another creature you control enters, if the first letter of its name is found in the name of the city you're in, it explores. (Reveal the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand if it's a land. Otherwise, put a +1/+1 counter on the creature, then put the card back or put it into your graveyard.)
