What Cardmoor is

Cardmoor lets for Magic: The Gathering players catalog their collection and trade, sell, lend or borrow cards with players in their city. It is run by Krzysztof Tarnowski and is currently in closed beta: features change, and signing up needs an invite code.

Your account

Your cards and listings

You decide which of your cards other members can see and request. Only list cards you own and describe their condition honestly. By offering cards on Cardmoor you allow Cardmoor to show them, with your username and city, to other members and to anyone you hand a binder QR code to.

Trades, sales and loans between members

Cardmoor connects members. It is not a party to any trade, sale or loan, does not handle payments or shipping, and does not guarantee that a request is answered or that a card is as described. You arrange the handover with the other member, meet in a safe public place such as your game store, and settle any disagreement between yourselves. Cardmoor may step in to remove listings or accounts that break these terms, but it is not obliged to.

What is not allowed

Magic: The Gathering content

Cardmoor is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Card names, text and images are the property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card data and images are provided by Scryfall.

Availability and liability

Cardmoor is provided as it is, without warranties. It may be unavailable, change or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, Cardmoor is not liable for losses that come from using it, from a trade, sale or loan with another member, or from information another member provided.

Ending your account

You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to chris@cardmoor.com. Cardmoor can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top is updated and significant changes are announced on Cardmoor. Using Cardmoor after a change means you accept the new terms.
